Fontaine, youth coordinator for CHOICES, serves as proxy for CRCQL Chairperson Zulene Mayfield and speaks at the Stop Trashing Our Air Act press conference in front of Philadelphia City Hall. During this speech, he informs the public about the detrimental effects of Reworld’s incinerator in Chester. We urge Philadelphia City Council NOT to continue its contract with Reworld and to find better solutions for Philadelphia’s waste.
