Zulene Mayfield receives Media Area NAACP’s MLK Spirit Hall of Fame Award

On Sunday, January 14, the Media Area NAACP and Media Fellowship House hosted their 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration and Spirit Hall of Fame Awards. This year they honored Zulene Mayfield, Chairperson of CRCQL, for her noteworthy contributions and steadfast commitment to environmental justice, and for embodying the principles championed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We are so proud of her and her work towards justice in Chester and beyond!
