CRCQL hosts table at MLK Day 2024 in Chester
On Monday, January 15, CRCQL hosted a table at the annual MLK commemorative day in Chester’s Keystone First Wellness & Opportunity Center. Local groups from Chester and Delaware County hosted tables to educate visitors on local history, MLK’s legacy and justice work in the community.
CRCQL’s table educated residents on our campaigns for clean air and community threats such as the proposed LNG facility, Covanta trash incinerator and others. We also had a game for young people to engage in what their environment means to them.
